About Ricardo

Hello to whom this may concern,

My name is Ricardo Lopez, I am a Scenographer with extensive experience with Cinema 4D, VectorWorks, and Adobe. I am quick and accurate. I do this by using a series of other programs to enhance Cinema 4D. I am just moving to California from Kansas and I am very excited to have such a fun prospect already. I believe that you'll enjoy my work. If you have other projects needing an artist touch I'd be happy to help.

I know that if I get a even a toes in the door, your company will gladly pull me the rest of the way through. You can visit my personal portfolio website at . I can design and build anything in both the physical and digital world.

The following should be evident of my ability to manage and my ambition. For the past two years I've been a co-owner of Flairre LLC and Silver Flairre LLC. Flairre connected artists to business in Kansas, Overland park. Silver Flairre was gear towards capturing the stories of the aging population in the Overland park area. Computer aided design were vital both these companies, they are now successful enough to be auto-run by my partners so that I may pursue other outlets.

At KU I learned from the best professors around. It was here I was introduced to Scenography. KU was very adamant about teaching scenography. We learned everything from Sound to costumes. The fine arts and art history were important. However, Mark Reaney's digital design classes for the theater were especially useful. He is a leading figure in research for virtual reality in the theater. Doing things by hand is important to understand, principles; doing things by computer is faster even, faster is using 3D printing to help create physical scale models, tiny accurate chairs in an instant. Each program we learned had its place be that Cinema 4D, 3d Max, VectorWorks, or Adobe Photoshop just to name a few. The point is, I've become very advanced in a series of computer programs thanks to this man. It was also through here that I learned and became a part of the USITT, (United States Institute for Theatre Technology), organized a trip and went to the conference at Cincinnati, Ohio 2015. It was here I went to special seminars involving Cinema 4D and other design programs.

Attached below is my resume. If you need additional still images of my work please let me know.

I used my vast understanding of the arts, education, and work history to make the best decisions I can for my artistic career.

Cheers,
Ricky
