A teenage girl is pitted against biological warfare giants. She fights with all that she's go to save her family, only to find out that she is the ultimate source of danger.

SYNOPSIS:

Echo thought that she was just a teen girl with a rare disease. And it wasn't really a surprise when the doctors told her that she was at the end of care, and offered her the choice of euthanasia (so that her organs could be harvested to save others) or a slow, painful death.

The kicker comes when nanotechnology in her body decides that it's not ready to die, and responds with deadly force to those who disagree.
