By sheer happenstance he becomes the most obvious scapegoat behind a series terrorist attacks that confound the authorities. The salient characteristic common to all these events being a reprise of famous scenarios from early German Expressionist films. He finds himself in the middle of a cat and mouse game set within the unsuspected remnants of Nazi architecture extent below the streets of the city's most famous districts.
