A serial killer buys four apartment units to lease to young women coming into Vegas to dance in hopes of them being his next victim.

SYNOPSIS:

DRU PALINO, a barred surgeon uses his skill to kill women who fit the description of the female who helped the board in succeeding to have Dru's licence revoked. An obstacle occurs when he leases one of the apartment units he owns to MELANIA BAKER, an honest women in his eyes. Melania works at the local news station.
