In the sixth grade my teacher (Mr. G.) asked if any of us knew where Pearl Harbor was. I raised my hand immediately. “Hawaii!” I proclaimed. He was impressed! Until he dug deeper. How did I know that? Oh. Um, that’s where the Brady’s went on vacation. Did you NOT see that episode?

That pretty much sums me up but here’s some more: I’m a Jersey girl born and bred. Went to Chicago for college and grad school, with a decade of work in Atlanta in between. Then here to LA! Besides water I also retain useless pop culture information and the phone numbers to my high school friends’ parents’ landlines. I miss camp and mix tapes and think Grease 2 is better than Grease. I also have a wealth of experience on both the network and show sides, in talk, awards and live shows. My ringtone is the theme to Friday Night Lights. My mother’s name is Gail. It autocorrects to fail. Please don’t tell her. Oh! And I have my eye on a really cute lamp for my living room but it’s glass and looks like a pineapple so I can’t decide. Thoughts?
