As a San Juan, Puerto Rico native, I had the opportunity to live in a wide variety of USA cities such as Pittsburgh, Los Angeles. Cleveland & NYC through and post college years. By 1996, I felt the urge of being proactive with our national youth; thus embarking on the development of career exploration programs, sports events and music concerts all revolving around youngsters from 9 to 18 years old.

This is how "Festival Ponte Los Cortos" is borned. Operating as an event of "Under D' Radar, Inc", this career exploration epicenters around the film, marketing
and graphic design industries in which youngsters from 10 to 18 produce, direct, act, edit, market, sell, and promote their own short films, musical videos, documentaries and tv 30ss commercials (facebook: Festival Ponte Los Cortos).

For our 2nd FPLC, which takes place in April 9 & 10, 2016, we'll be showing films from in Cheyenne, Wyoming - LA, CA - Montevideo, Uruguay - Merida, Venezuela - Vera Cruz, Mexico and Toronto, Canada. This showcase will internationalized our event, which main goal is to direct young film makers to San Juan every spring.
