I have taught all over the world. I have the honor of being a Vedic Master and certified instructor for the Chopra Center (founded by Deepak Chopra, MD, a global leader and pioneer in the field of mind-body medicine) teaching meditation, yoga and wellness. I am an instructor for Draper University of Heroes (founded by Silicon Valley icon, Tim Draper) an internationally recognized school for leadership teaching entrepreneurs from around the world. I have been the lead facilitator for the Anthony Robbins Foundation Making Strides Program. I host retreats around the world for extraordinary women, inspired entrepreneurs and anyone seeking more joy and meaning in life. I am also a certified practitioner in the areas of Neurolinguistics (NLP) and time-line therapy.

Making the World a Better Place....
I am committed to making the world a more compassionate and loving place and I designed several leadership and specialty programs for non-profit organizations serving the homeless and other challenged communities. There are so many magical moments in the courses I have taught at colleges, community groups, and high schools and middle schools on topics related to creating healthy personal relationships, identifying abuse, and ending domestic violence, and I had the honor of being featured on the Lifetime Cable Channel show Motherworks. Just like many of you, my family and I regularly spend time volunteering at various homeless shelters and other organizations serving the greater good. One of my many joys was sharing time with my daughter Samantha volunteering at an orphanage in Lima Peru. We learned the joy in hard work, giving beyond what you think you are ever capable, and seeing the sparkle and joy in the small magical moments you can share with a child living their entire life within the walls of an orphanage.
Behind the Scenes…
I have also been blessed with so many more magical moments in my life coaching a high school tennis team to win the championship in our region, cycling in many countries around the world with my family and friend, and completing numerous triathlons realizing the importance of training for those events.
I truly love the ocean, and you might see me on many days swimming near the dolphins in the surf near our home. My true inspiration comes from my loving family, our many friends and the magical moments we continue to create and share together.
