Born and raised Brooklyn gal & proud Latina of Dominican descent. I graduated from the University at Albany with a degree in Business Administration. Since then I have taken on various other human hats as an actress, writer and community activist. Currently, I participate in a collective movement that creates a space for conversation, performances & campaigns around positive sex, intentional interaction & assault prevention. I have also had gracious experiences producing, acting, and serving as co-founder for the Carrick Bend Theatre Co. We co-produced our first play in 2014 which was executively produced by WE Tv’s VP of Marketing Jennifer Krantz. Simultaneously, I also work for a non-profit agency and I coordinate a literacy and employment program within the Astoria, Queens Community. I am most proud of writing, starring and co-producing my award winning one woman show A Little Sugar for the Heart which was inspired by my comedic Dominican family. I have been interviewed and selected to appear in newspapers, blogs, websites & TV that include El Diario Newspaper, Remezcla.com, I-Italy, Bronx TV, Greek TV, and New York Live on NBC for both entertainment and activist work in the community.
