About Lord

From Buckingham England originally, although I have lived in Oxfordshire, Surrey, Bucks, Northamptonshire and Scotland. Although I wasted Secondary School education, I learned how to be a Brick Layer and enjoyed that until my back gave out. Returning to reasonable health, I added NVQ's 1 & 2 in IT and Business administration and Level 3 in Customer Service. This led on to Sales and Office Management. I formed my own Property Refurbishment and Renovations company in 2000 where I was MD, administration and a multi tradesman. During the recession we never had, in 2009, this business had to cease trading. This caused a high level of anxiety and depression. Life has not been shy in providing me with ill health. I am a dry alcoholic of well over thirty years, physical, heart and lungs have taken a battering too. However, I refuse to stay down. In writing stories I have found this fulfils creative needs and I formed Tickertyboo Publishing to sell them through. Through my life I have been a biker, a Freemason and a member of Lions Club International. A life which, up to now, has been extremely varied but enjoyable. Still having a lot to achieve I hope now I can find a good agent who can help my work to become successful and be turn into films or for television.

Unique traits: Along with seven disabilities, I have great personal strength, wide general knowledge and life experience. Love humour too. Although my limitations may have diminished, I am capable of conceiving and writing stories which I aim at people who do not read for pleasure. Recently, I took my eight eBooks and published them as paperbacks. Most of my stories already have screenplays written. Film collection is around eight hundred now. Became a Scottish Lord January 2015. Also I am a Volunteer Patient Visitor at Northampton General Hospital. Strongly believe in fairness.

A mid teenager is part of the biker scene in the small market town of Buckingham during the mid 1970's. This journey from 1975 to early 80's, is part of a seven year account of his life. Stupidity fueled by alcohol was responsible for the hilarious exploits Gary stumbles into. In a position as town clown, and a foot in all camps, he felt safe and secure in his hyper energised manner. An unusual way of making it through teenage years, but make it he did. A side splitting laugh for adults.

Unable to catch the coach or find his car, he is forced to walk to the nearest village. There he finds everyone is dressed strangely but manages to have himself thrown in jail. It was there, he was befriended by a man who claimed he was being broken out that very night by the notorious Dick Turpin. That is where Young Spike's adventure really took off in this did he / didn't he go back in time tale.
