About Randy

I fell in love with story telling at an early age. I would sneak out of the house and go and sit behind the fence at the local drive in theater. I could not hear the audio so I made up all the dialogue as the movies unfolded before my eyes. From those warm summer nights my passion for story telling grew like a weed!

I love all aspects of film making and have done pretty much every job there is to do on set. There is an old saying in Canada about "taking a village to raise a child" and my wonderful experiences on set have brought me to the realization that it takes a whole village to make a film. That is how my company, Whole Village Moving Pictures came about. I also believe in working hard even on the smallest of budgets or no budgets to get a film to the screen. Bruce Lee had this thing, the one inch punch, and that is how my other company came about.

I have been lucky enough to have worked with some amazing people. My love for passionate, talented and hard working people has helped build great villages for some great films. Films made for "zero dollars" to "50,000.00 dollars" and many in between. Our villages have no room for the rude, the selfish or the lazy.
