I'm a Voice, Visual, & Movement Artist - at heart, but I spent 3 years in corporate America. I worked in commercial real estate, IT risk and assurance, and then, healthcare consulting. I've since been a freelance business process consultant. However, I have a deep desire to create and perform! So I'm making a career shift.
At Wesleyan University, I studied ghanaian traditional, bharata natyam, jazz, modern, hiphop and improvisational forms. I was an artistic director for the school's Sunsum West African dance company, and the chair of a hiphop dance troupe. My stage management experience was in a blackbox theater (Patricelli '92). I've choreographed for the professional stage as well (Center for the Arts Theater). I've worked harmoniously with over 33 dancers and performed in over 35 student productions. I've composed music & sound accompaniment pieces, as well as editing videography.
