Holly has managed to accomplish thus-far an impressive amount of business savvy qualities only one at her age could merely dream of embarking on, in such a short time-span. Directly out of high school, there was no waiting around. McGuinn pushed forth directly to college to achieve her bachelor’s degree in business with a specialization in marketing with a minor in music technology and is currently now holding a master’s degree for production in film and television.

She has managed to readjust her schedule to accommodate her many responsibilities within her life. Although at times those responsibilities can be overwhelming, she has managed to keep her priorities straight and focus on her main goal. She has had a successful run thus far with having the opportunities of being able to intern at Sony BMG Records and BET. She has been able to embark on firsthand experience in the film industry working at such places as the Los Angeles Film Festival, Screen Gems Studios and the Tribeca Film Festival.

She has proven on many occasions to be assertive in the work she provides to any type of project she is connected too. Holly has always managed to be prompt with her resources and tends to provide a little more effort than what’s expected. Generally her strengths lie within her ideas. Her leadership and managerial skills are exceptional and a key asset to any team she is a part of. Holly has pushed forth to a new level of responsibility through suiting up with the status of being a C.E.O as the co-owner of her own newly established entertainment company, Mélange Enterprises.
