Sydneysider Interested in acting, writing and crew work, hoping to get into film school in July.

Acted in featured roles in high school musicals "Bye Bye Birdie" (Hugo) "Annie Get Your Gun" (Mr. Wilson) and had a lead part in the operetta "Pirates of Penzance" playing Frederic. Wrote and directed full-length play for Sydney Uni Drama Society "Baron of You Know Where"
Wrote play "Still Life" which made quarter finals of Short + Sweet one year.
Clapperboard and Runner on training film and ad shoots for Hark Attack Productions, and did lighting assistant a few times. This was my uncle's production company.

Singing and writing songs for years under the names Ben Cheshire, and The Chats and in the band John Columbus back in 2005-6.
Reviewing hundreds of films for my blog (.au/) and imdb comments before that (?order=useful&summary=off), huge movie nerd. My favourite genre at the moment is horror and exploitation films from the 80's
