Nick Heinimann

Ever since Nick was a child he has had a passion for cinema. Nick was always the one who questioned everything and analysed why specific things happened. At the end of the films, if the ending was not clear or left the audience questioning, Nick would ponder and think of alternative endings and create my own version of the film. My mind is a world of constant imagination and visual creation. Nick see's things many people don’t see.

Nick recently graduated from the International Film School Sydney where he completed my Advanced Diploma of Screen and Media. During his diploma Nick successfully wrote, produced and directed 5 short films and crewed in over 20 other films. Through this, he has gained extensive knowledge in how the industry works and developed a finer understanding of the art of cinema.

Prior to moving to Sydney to study, Nick lived in Kuala Lumpur for 17 years, where he learnt valuable life lessons and completed my schooling Nick's whole schooling from kindergarten all the way to completing my advanced diploma has been in english and he considers it his mother tongue.

Nick's work ethic, passion and commitment are second to none. His eagerness to learn; like Martin Scorsese said, “in film you can never stop learning, It’s a constant journey”. And, due to his multi-cultural background Nick is very open minded, diverse and ready to work with individuals from all walks of life.

Nick Heinimann currently is running his own Youtube channel called M.I.N. Studios as he tries to squeeze in every opportunity to better himself in the art of filming and directing. Nick lives by the motto. "dream big".
