A Jesuit scholar consulting in Rome for the Vatican Archives is approached by a brash, lesbian TV psychic with clues from the other side that leads them on a wild journey through Southern Italy in search of a hidden manuscript written by a blind monk in the 12th century… while, mysterious men lurk in the shadows, determined to take possession of the potentially earth-shattering document.

SYNOPSIS:

“Metapontum” is a suspense thriller about Father Peter Torrance, an expert in ancient manuscripts, on the verge of achieving the pinnacle of his career: running the Vatican Secret Archives. While consulting in Rome, he is approached by Sarah Frazier, a TV psychic who delivers a surprising message from the other side.Despite his skepticism, Torrance can’t ignore the remarkable things she knows, including information leading to a dangerous manuscript written by a blind monk in the 12th century. Hoping for a discovery that could seal his Vatican appointment, Torrance secretly journeys with Sarah through Southern Italy, searching for clues that lead them to the manuscript.In the shadows are mysterious men determined to take possession of the dangerous document.
