Unique traits: I have never been known to give up on hope, faith and most importantly resilience! SHALOM! PEACE FOR ALL OF GOD'S PEOPLE!!! Yes, that includes you too...Violence gets you no where. We must make a responsible choice in a non-violent way. When a child goes missing, the child’s parent(s) face(s) many obstacles to recovering their child(ren). Often, the left behind parent(s) don't know where to turn, especially if they are further traumatized by the legal system(s), (American and/or International). The left behind parent(s) may even be manipulated by the perpetrator themselves, through the court system. Due to my traumatic experience, I suffer from post traumatic stress disorder. My personal experience regarding the domestic violence, custodial interference, and parental alienation has led me to advocate for such an important cause, such as “Favorable Outcomes For The Domestic Victim" to prevent custodial interference and parental alienation. My goal is to educate, and deter domestic violence that may lead to parental alienation and/or custodial interference in a nonviolent, nonjudgmental atmosphere. There are always two sides to a story. Doesn't mean one side of the story is biased, especially when domestic violence occurs. I intend to accomplish this providing guidance from my own personal experience by giving insight to parents and legal guardians of what this increasing trend of domestic violence and its impact has on custodial interference and parental alienation. Upon my experience, tying into the local and federal resources available may sometimes takes days, rather than minutes or hours. This delay can have profound consequences that may be lead to a life and death situation or dealing with an international courtroom. As the founder of Endangered Missing Persons Advocacy, I did not take any salary or benefits from the company I founded. I am currently reconsidering revamping it, scrapping it and starting over. My goal had always been is to educate and deter unfavorable outcomes for the domestic violence victim(s). Running a 501c3 non-profit community organization to fight this troubling trend of domestic violence and going to school full time had proven difficult. I look forward to finishing up at the two paralegal schools I previously attended. And most recently I have a desire to complete my nursing refresher course by early spring in 2024. Having the freedom of choice to remain a free, influential voice has it's advantages. Although, I was going to close the nonprofit permanently, the option remains open to reopen Endangered Missing Persons Advocacy 501c3. I still believe servicing the community with state of the art equipment that can assist in providing rapid identification information to law enforcement and national resources are still critically needed. This equipment covers the basics such as documenting height, weight, etc., but also has a good quality photo and video capabilities to document the child’s stature, visible identifying markings, gait, etc. Equally important, an electronic record of the child’s fingerprints can be created with this equipment. A recording of the child’s speech can also be created. this is for the parent, not anyone else to keep to provide to law enforcement in a timely manner. I am fully committed to assisting in the global search for endangered, missing children and dedicated to helping left behind families find their loved ones, just in a different role, through prevention and education. Furthermore, it is important to me to further my education to gain the legal knowledge and expertise to fight this troubling trend when domestic violence leads to parental alienation and custodial interference. I enjoy attending my ABA Paralegal school in Littleton. I intend to conduct education and preventative efforts for at risk parents and their children who may be in high risk situations. Child ID events are equally important. Since Covid hit, and has affected all of us, domestic violence has increased due to new statistics; vulnerable children and adults continue to go missing. I am still interested in working on partnerships with other community groups who share equal concerns regarding domestic abuse situations and child endangerment that may lead to homelessness.
