2011 Teacher Recognition Celebration

The Teacher Recognition Celebration every fall honors Santa Clara County's finest teachers, each selected by their respective school districts. The SCCOE produces the annual gala with the generous support of community partners Texas Instruments, Santa Clara County Federal Credit Union and the San Jose Mercury News.

2013 Hoffmann Awards: Inclusion Collaborative, Early Learning Services

The Inclusion Collaborative leads the effort to provide every Santa Clara County child with a quality learning environment. Its focus is the successful inclusion of children with special needs in child care, preschool programs and the community through education, advocacy and awareness.

Silicon Valley Voices: Students (EP3)

A conversation with local students who share their experiences and insights regarding the success of African American students. This program was created to include the voices of the African American community in addressing the achievement gap through a series of three dialogs organized by the Santa Clara County Alliance of Black Educators.

The Abby Sobrato Science and Sustainability Center in Saratoga is a brand new, one-of-a-kind facility in Santa Clara County. Science programs accommodate groups of up to 60 students during day-long field trips that involve students in a unique blend of activities.
