Mistakenly believing I was named after Marie Louise, Duchess of Palma, my first ambition was to follow in the Duchess’ footsteps and become the premier empress of Stockport, England. When this didn’t pan out, I stumbled upon my true calling: writing funny words in twelve point courier font, aka the funniest of fonts.
A writer and performer, I studied for a BA in Classical Civilization at King’s College London, before going on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Acting at Drama Studio London. I love to write comedy scripts, monologues and short stories and have performed my own work in venues throughout the UK.
