A lone holy warrior travels to Israel to destroy a horde of vampires intent on starting Armageddon.

SYNOPSIS:

Six thousand years ago, a young woman is seduced by a handsome stranger who turns out to be a demon. She gives birth to the first Vampire.

Modern Day: A mysterious man, SAMSON MARCUS, receives a shipment of a few boxes on the shore of Israel, smuggled in at night.

In Jerusalem a lovely woman, ASHANTI, seduces a man, who finds too late she was a vampire. After killing him she beheads him and walks into the night carrying the head.

The following day 2 Israeli police officers, ELIZABTH LEVIN and PHILLIP GOLDBERG, become involved. There have been other mysterious attacks and beheadings lately. During their investigation they learn of similar events in the lands surrounding Israel; like a “circle of beheadings” that seems to be closing in on the Holy Land.

One night, in a motel room, a vampire tries to kill a prostitute but finds himself beheaded by a man in a long, black coat. After an autopsy it is shown the victim’s body contains numerous oddities. Clues lead the detectives to Samson.

Samson’s activities also come to the attention of Ashanti and her fellow vampire leader, REUBEN. They plot against Samson and the detectives. Phillip is lured into a trap and killed by Reuben.

During the autopsy Phillip rises and tries to kill the Medical Examiner and Elizabeth. Samson appears and kills Phillip, erases the Medical Examiner’s memory but his attempt to erase Elizabeth’s memory fails. He takes her back to the hotel and reveals the history of vampires. Samson is part of an order that has been fighting them from for 6000 years.

Elizabeth scornful of these statements, even after being attacked by Phillip, but at a cemetery she witnesses a man rises from his grave and attack a woman. Samson attacks the vampire, revealing he has strange abilities.

Samson reveals there are 8 “primary” vampires left, 4 male and 4 female, and all are present in Israel which is incredibly odd; vampires shun holy ground, like Israel. Elizabeth suggests they are trying to breed. Samson assures her that cannot happen because vampires are not “true life.”

Later as they search for the vampires’ lair Samson fights Reuben and two other vampires. During the fight Elizabeth sees 4 wings sprout out from Samson’s back. Samson is a Nephilim; half human, half Angel. Samson reveals he is nearly 6000 years. He explains why he fights vampires, how he met Jesus, and how he has been alone in his quest for 200 years.

After examining a scroll Samson sees the vampires are indeed trying to breed and the first 4 offspring are expected to be the four horsemen.

He calls on an old friend, with a squad of priests trained in combat, to seek out their altar which is hidden in the caves under the temple mound.

Samson takes on 6 of the remaining 7 primary vampires and a horde of others. During the fight he turns into a super heated being of fire and burns away all the vampires.

But one has escaped; Ashanti, the queen. Samson follows her and fights her hand to hand. During the fight Samson falls and finds his chest pierced in the heart by the tip of Ashanti’s wing. Elizabeth approaches and unloads her gun into Ashanti’s chest. Ashanti just laughs until Samson rises behind her. He throws her down and performs an exorcism that sends the demons in Ashanti back to hell forever.

Elizabeth hurries Samson to the morgue where she forces the Medical Examiner and a surgeon to operate, saving Samson’s life.

In the end Samson shows Elizabeth the garden tomb and skull hill. He describes how he was there the day Jesus rose from the dead. The two talk about the possibility of love between a human and a Nephilim.
