Mark is an award-winning Director of Photography who has shot 100’s of hours of broadcast, cable and commercial television.
Mark began his career as a cameraman at Mambrino Productions, Hollywood, a
producer of commercials, corporate videos and sports documentaries. He emerged in the 1980’s as an award-winning director/cameraman on over 250 commercials and corporate sales/training videos, infomercials, TV pilots and one-hour documentaries.
His work has earned national awards including New York Intl. Film Festival Gold Award, Chicago Intl. Film Festival First Place, Gold Cindy Award, Local EMMY award, Houston Worldfest Gold, Aurora Platinum Best of Show, Clio Finalist, ITVA Silver Angel.
Under his Lloyd-Morris Productions banner he has partnered with other production companies to co-produce five TV documentaries, two TV pilots and two independent feature films. He regularly produces videos for non-profits, business, public agencies and internet channels. For almost four years he was the Media Visual Consultant at Spirit Marketing, a content production and marketing firm.
As an IATSE director of photography, his work includes 22 feature films and six features as 2nd Unit DP, primarily shot on 35mm. He has directed creative re-enactments for The History Channel and Discovery Networks, and he regularly leverages his film-lighting expertise to shoot award-winning documentaries for A&E, TLC, MSNBC, HBO, Lifetime, Travel, ESPN, Court TV, Spike and PBS.
Since 2005 he has produced and self distributed relaxation videos in online stores, via streaming, and on Youtube channels with more than 12 million views.
