SYNOPSIS:

This is a historical fantasy. More specifically, it's a retelling of the Medusa mythos based on an interpretation from the Roman poet Ovid, in his book "Metamorphoses." It begins during the Ionian Revolt. Amid a time of Greek revolt against Persian occupation and a major tipping point in the Greco-Persian wars that culminates at the (fictional) Battle of Mt. Pentelikon. It features a plethora of mythological creatures and magic. A sort of "Jason and the Argonauts"/"Clash of the Titans" meets "Game of Thrones."
