About Renato

My name is Renato Lucas, I'm a Portuguese filmmaker working between Los Angeles and Portugal.

I've been a musician all my life, explored the advertising world as well as writing, always loved photography but above all my passion and one of my best friends was and always will be cinema. I love the chance to combine life experiences and to tell stories through one of the most perfect and combined art forms that exists.

At the moment I'm finishing my first guerrilla style feature film, EXPATRIATE.
