Gregory Kemp, a native Floridian, was born in 1971. He currently lives in Maryland with his wife and Italian Greyhound. Greg is currently working on his second novel, American Cowboy: The True Story of the Hunt for Osama Bin Laden, a satire about George Bush's and Bill Clinton's secret role in the killing OBL. In his former life, Greg was an engineer and U.S. Navy Diver. In his spare time Greg likes to run, play soccer and build his dream cabin in West Virginia.
Greg's first novel, The Legend of Vinny Whiskers, a young adult novel about a hero prairie dog, won the WEbook inaugural vote for top fiction. It was published in 2009. He was also the top contributing author to the humorous manthology 101 Things Every Man Should Know How to Do, also published in 2009.
Greg is interested collaborating on screenplays. His strengths are dialogue, humor, and big ideas.
