About Hal

For the longest time I thought I wanted to be an actress. My persistent passion for writing and crafting stories changed the game and I ended up becoming a film director when I moved to New York. Originating from Connecticut, my roots are now in Brooklyn and here to stay. My movies challenge the norms and tropes we constantly see in movies. They reflect who we are both on the inside and out. Whether it's a war veteran, a teenage witch or a pot dealer, my collection of thrillers, dramas and romances are fresh and new.
