Elizabeth Spear

Hi there!

My name is Elizabeth and I am a recent graduate of the University of Virginia as of December 2015. Though I majored in Anthropology and Media Studies, I've focused most of extracurricular activities in the marketing realm. From V.P. of Marketing with Enactus, an entrepreneurial group, to marketing with Virginia Anthropology Society, an educational group, I have learned various ways to connect with the audience including social media, email marketing, and guerrilla/event based marketing.

The biggest influence in my move towards experiential/promotions marketing has been my time with Universal Pictures as the Campus Rep. I really enjoy interacting with people and the amount of creativity one can have towards different campaigns. That being said, the skills I have gained through all of my experiences lend themselves well to marketing coordinator/assistant, media planning, and promotions based positions for which I am actively applying.
