About Jason

Hello,

My name is Jason Titus and I was born in Hayward, California. I have wanted to be a screenwriter since I was 10 years old. I have been filmmaking for over 6 years and I have been writing stories since I was 8 years old. I have completed my screenwriting studies at Columbia College Chicago, while I was also being mentored by a film producer in LA.

In September of 2016 I will begin studying film at Middlesex University in London UK. In addition to my excellence in writing, high grades and community work, I won a Regional Merit Award Scholarship from Middlesex University. I found out three weeks later they doubled it.

I have written 6 short films on my own time and I have submitted them to screenwriting competitions all over the world. I am waiting for a decision. I do a lot of script writing and editing jobs for students of Columbia College Chicago and professionals in Chicago and California. I help create ideas from the inception all the way to a screenplay. I also work as a professional script reader and do high-quality freelance script editing and coverage.
