Tyler David Gilbert

A celebrated composer, Tyler David Gilbert is most known for his charming character themes and heart-felt melodies. A student of California Institute of the Arts, He’s worked on many films in every genre from adventure and romantic comedy; to drama and documentary. It’s been said of him that he’s easy to work with and that he brings a high level of creativity and professionalism to every project that he works on. Gilbert has been a loyal supporter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation for many years, and has been invited to perform his compositions at their hosted charity events. In 2010 he composed the score to the original musical RUINS which had its debut on the CalArts stage in Valencia, California. It was met with rave reviews. Gilbert continues to compose and collaborate with independent artists on projects involving film and animation.
