Krista Armentrout

Krista graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in May 2011, where she received a Master's in Entertainment Industry Management. She graduated from Towson University in Baltimore, MD in 2008 with a Bachelors in Electronic Media and Film, with a concentration in Film Production and minor in Film Analysis. In between degrees, she worked as a casting associate at Carlyn Davis Casting located in Washington, DC. During her educational career, Krista interned at a number of different and diverse companies including: Participant Media, Discovery Communications/TLC, Film Independent/LA Film Festival, International Documentary Association, Industry Entertainment and Allied Integrated Marketing. Each internship helped to give her a well-rounded experience of the industry and ultimately has pushed her to pursue a career in development & producing. Most recently, Krista worked as a Junior Talent Manager and Executive Assistant at the boutique talent management company Open Entertainment, Inc. Currently, she works as the Coordinator of Business and Legal Affairs at EndemolShine North America. Krista loves great content, whether it is found on TV, the movie theatre or the internet, she also loves reading (scripts, books, magazines, anything!)...ultimately, in her mind, nothing compares to a great story.
