Elizabeth Marie Mokan

Originally from London, Ontario, Canada, I hold dual citizenship status with both Canada and the U.S. I graduated from Windsor University in Canada with an Honors B.A. in Drama. I also graduated from The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City. Currently, I work as a writer and host at a local radio station in London, Ontario for a program known as "The Jazz Junction Jazz Show". Recently, I had several screenplay shorts produced by various producers. Presently, I have completed work on two original half-hour sitcoms, DESIGNING DORA and CAUGHT IN THE WEB, and a horror feature film script, A STRANGER FOLLOWS. With DESIGNING DORA, I placed in several writing competitions. They include the following: WON - Script Writer's Haven Television Writing Contest. FINALIST - America's Best. QUARTER FINALIST - PAGE International Screenwriting Awards, Hollywood's Next Success, and The Writer's Network. Currently, I am seeking literary representation for my projects.
