About Christos

Toronto born and raised. From a young age I was always there trying to help others, which took me down the path of psychology at York university. I have also had a passion for writing as a personal hobby, until a great friend of mine took the time to read and encourage me to try it out for myself. From that day on I have been writing and directing Short films and music videos, while also trying to convey a positive message in my films. I believe through the art of film we may have a greater opportunely to help heal one another and give hope to those who can't see it anymore .

Film (Short, Horror and Thriller) Camera and Electrical Department An isolated farmhouse seemed like the perfect choice for a man fleeing his past, but you can't escape your demons just by changing homes. That's the thing about conscience and consequence - as long as they exist, things always go bump. Combining modern and gothic horror, Taking Possession creates a suspense as cold and dark as the night enveloping the 133-year-old Victorian home. Written by Peter Campbell

  • Celsius 486

    Celsius 486 (2015)
Film (Short and Sci-Fi) Camera and Electrical Department Children of Men meets A Clockwork Orange, Celsius 486 takes place in an overpopulated future where only the most privileged are allowed to breed. Though a global sterilization of males exists, the chewable gum Prolifricil momentarily disrupts that sterilization - allowing for only "the best of us" to reproduce. Black market versions of Prolifricil prey on humanity's desire to procreate. However, a government powered police force seek those who have defied the non-procreation laws. Those who are apprehended, and deemed inappropriate for proliferation, are sentenced to watch and re-watch the commercialized propaganda for the gum until they no longer desire to obtain it. Written by Peter Campbell

  • Amicum

    Amicum (2014)
Film (Short and Thriller) Sound department American Graffiti meets "The Monkey's Paw", Amicum is a tale of desire, power, unrequited infatuation, and the dark shots we'll take to get what we think we want. However, every choice has a consequence. Most everyone has wanted more but felt it nearly impossible to achieve. Jordan Bonar turns to the darkness within him to summon a power that allows him to do, and get, what he feels he deserves. Swirling with desire, hate, horror, envy, jealousy, tragedy, comedy, and Jungian connotations, Amicum is not your typical love story. Written by Peter Campbell
