Ellen Joy Wanjiru

Originally from Nairobi, Kenya; now living in the DC metro area. I work as a data system program analyst in a higher ed institution. I write poetry, short stories and essays and I manage a website that hosts fellow poets and creative writers (). My current creative struggles are finishing screenplay passion projects that I've started. I'm looking to connect with fellow writers and teachers that can offer some insight and help in developing ideas from beginning to end. My goal is to complete a project and shop it.
