SYNOPSIS:

Based on the life and career of Irena Jarocka -- an Icon and Mega Pop star in Poland and Eastern Europe, and a 70s pop star in France. A success story of a beauty, who came from poverty to become the Idol of millions, inspiring, sharing love and joy. Her career span over 40 years, hundreds of her hit songs remained on top of the charts, and continue to inspire her old and new fans after her sudden death in January 2012. From 1990 till death, the Star made her home in the U.S. -- traveling between the U.S. and Europe, giving concerts on both continents. What was the secret of her popularity, what was the secret of her eternal beauty and youth, and how she influenced millions with her unusual personality and exceptional beauty of her heart, soul and flesh -- is the topic of this project in development. The screenwriter, Johanna Kern, was a close friend of Irena Jarocka, and continues to develop the screenplay with the help of the family of the deceased Mega Star.
