Danielle Levengood

I am a costume designer and technician, with over 20 years of sewing experience. I graduated magna cum laude from the Savannah College of Art and Design(SCAD) with a bachelor of fine arts in production design, concentrating in costume design. While at SCAD, I had the opportunity to design and construct costumes for film, live theater and dance all while managing the costume shop as a student costume shop monitor. Along with my experience at SCAD, I have worked in bridal alteration shops and men’s suit stores. My specialties include custom sewing and alterations in men's and women's wear and the occasional animal. I am passionate about historical costumes and the detailed work that brings a piece of clothing to life.
