I never formally studied film during my education as a human biologist/health sciences researcher nor during my graduate studies in gerontology at USC, however I have worked on multiple sets, movies, music videos, web series', and everything in between. I have a very hard work ethic and started in the industry as a simple background extra. Soon I worked my way into the production realm where I thrived as a PA and soon was being called to be a 2nd AD. I believe in hard work, showing up early (on time) and giving everything 110% on and off set. My set professionalism is rivaled only by my enthusiasm to enjoy my craft (and craft services table). I started working for free (as everyone should) and can now humbly say I have made life long connections in the industry from the sweat on my brow. Any one with any questions I encourage to email me, I love talking shop and frankly have been very fortunate in my success with returning to the film industry in 2017. I am currently working on my first UNION Television show in Culver City, CA (stuck in the middle, season 3) which was picked up for 8 more episodes which will shoot until March 2018. I look forward to what 2018 will bring and to continue pursuing a union job as an assistant director in the DGA.
Unique traits: I have a masters of science degree from the University of Southern California in Gerontology (the study of aging). I no longer work at the skilled nursing facility and have successfully transitioned back into the film industry full time. I am working in the AD Department as the Set PA on Disney's most successful TV show on air to date; Stuck in the Middle Season 3. I have put my nursing home administrators license on hold for the moment and applied for the DGA Trainee Program for the 2018 year. I'm determined, dedicated, professional and compassionate and my passion and enthusiasm for film reflects in my work and on set attitude.
