My work history includes freelance editing in almost all genres of Television and Film which is where my passion lies. I have been based 13 years in Canada, 10 years in Los Angeles and 10 years in New Zealand before relocating back to Canada in 2017. When editing features I have also served as second unit director, participated in the completion of post sound/ADR/Mixing and collaborated on the finished look of the films in colour correction. In the broadcast world, I have edited extremely fast turnaround product for air in News and Reality also working on long form features for TV as well as Commercial editing. I have handled the preparation and start up of 3 broadcast channels for Sky TV New Zealand, also helping to migrate one channel from one location to another. My full and part-time teaching background has prepared me to lecture to groups of over 150 and allowed me to work very quickly contributing to and supervising the finishing of hundreds of short films. My work as a professional still photographer over the years, concentrates mainly on story telling with images whether it be wedding/family or professional head shots. I am always open to learning new technology, available for travel and relish the opportunity to contribute to quality content.
