About Helen

I am an English actress, living less than an hour from central London.

I initially trained at Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance where I performed in roles such as Lady Macbeth, Tennesse Williams' Blanche DuBois and Lucretia Collins, the Patient from 4.48 Psychosis, and Marlene from Top Girls.

Additional training has been in Stage Combat (BADC & ECSPC covering unarmed, dagger and single sword), Firearms Handling, Radio, Audiobooks, and Screen Acting courses at The Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and with The Actors Studio at Pinewood Studios. I am a member of Spotlight and Equity.

Additional skills include touch-typing, qualified massage therapist, confident car driver, full motorbike licence, singing and dance. My natural accent is Gloucestershire; I can do RP, Northern Irish, Liverpool, General American and American Southern.
