What would help to hook me more on this is to know what is at stake for your protagonist. Is he going to be pursued and potentially jailed for crimes he didn't commit? Are they going to ruin his life as he will always be under a microscope? Also... what is the protagonist going to do about things? Is he going to spend his time trying to convince the authorities, family...friends that he is rehabilitated? Does this force him to try and clear his name by finding the real perpetrator(s) to keep his freedom? Without overstepping my bounds... maybe consider something along these lines.

I like the possibility of the story, just tweek the logline to catch and keep people's attention so they want to know more about the story. A small change will greatly improve the rating! Good luck.
