Les Thomas

I am an American, West Coast playwright with works produced throughout the United States. I studied film theory and dramaturgy under the auspices of the Humanities Program. At University, I also won the prestigious Writing Program Award coining a new term to be used in Shakespearean higher criticism. Whether it is redefining poetry or pushing the limits of the script, I do not shy away from the experiment. I am skilled in 8/16MM and currently working on a new experimental film. I recently received a Writing Grant to compose a Film Studies Textbook. The fingers and mind continue their job.
