About Larry

Larry Rosenberg, CEO (Chief Entertainment Officer) of The Larry Show (), has been called the cheer-giver, minister of joy, and poster boy of it’s never too late to revitalize your life. His life passion and purpose at 73 years is to encourage and assist people who feel stuck in their lives, to feel free to be their authentic selves, and share more love, joy and creativity with the world.

Living in Sedona, AZ, Larry founded The Larry Show in 2014 to provide Inspirational Entertainment – via one-man shows, self-discovery workshops, motivational speaking, and life coaching.

Larry created two one-man shows that showcase his life’s seven decades of stories, songs, humor and dancing:

• Growing Up Larry (90 minutes) – a theater piece chronicling his turning-point episodes and featuring his challenges, lessons, and victories.

• Larry’s Cabaret Show (45 minutes) – a series of wise messages and happy songs that uplift the outlook and energy of mainly elderly audiences in residential and health-care communities.

Larry has performed these two shows a total of 19 times in America, Australia and Scotland.

Entertaining has been a vivid part of Larry’s life. After being a much-applauded child singer, he experienced rejection and psychological woundings regarding his creative expression, which had wider and long-lasting repercussions on his emotional development. Even without skill and confidence, his delight in singing leaked out over many decades. Making a commitment to singing lessons in his late 60s, his joy of entertaining and openhearted love of people has emotionally and spiritually transformed him.

Before becoming an inspirational entertainer, Larry’s 45-year-long professional career involved marketing teaching, business consulting, and management training. He earned a BS degree from Drexel University, and a MBA and PhD degrees (in Marketing) from The Ohio State University. He has completed trainings on group dynamics, creativity, holistic healing, yoga, integral philosophy, and spiritual awareness.

Larry served as an Associate Professor of Marketing at New York University and University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Based in Tokyo, he was the Executive Director of University of Maryland University College’s International Business & Management Institute, for which he developed and presented training programs to managers on five continents. During his career, he developed expertise on marketing strategy, leadership, globalization and localization, creativity and innovation, effective communication, public relations, holistic healing, intuitive perception, and life transformation.
