About Jay
My love for film was ignited at the age of 12 when I first saw Top Gun. Since then I have acted in seventeen theatre productions, both in and outside of my school. I left acting to pursue a career as a professional swimmer and competed in international elite swimming meets such as: The Youth Olympic Games, The Asian Youth Games, The World Games, set two national records and was on the varsity team for my university for a year. I have trained with Navy Seals. Studied karate, tae kwon do, aikijutsu, kobudo, boxing, and have some weapons training. My major is business and marketing. I have for the last three years worked on multiple independent feature films and short films as an actor. I have written five feature film scripts to completion and have multiple others in the workshop. I have three of my five films currently in the development phase. Outside of film, I work with start ups and think tanks as a creative consultant and specialize in disruptive innovation.
