Started lessons on an Acoustic Drum kit at age 9. Able to read sheet music for this. Currently at grade 4 Rock School Performance. Grade 5 booked for Spring 2017. In my final year at Access To Music in Lincoln on a Level 3 Music Practitioner course. Playing in a College band at fundraising events, open mic nights & College events. I volunteer 2/3 times a month with a Christian Worship band. I play the African Djembe drum & other related percussion instruments & regularly attend Master classes for this. I am self taught on the keyboard & piano. Able to play various genres of music by ear. Interested in Reggae, Rock, Metal, Classical, Gospel & Hip Hop. Especially keen on world music from the Caribbean, Africa, Middle East & Latino. My musical hero is Hans Zimmer & I intend to compose original film scores & commercial jungles as well as work as a Professional Session Musician Drummer.
