Fun. Film. Fiction. For most of my life I assumed their correlation to be mere circumstance—having little to do with one another aside from my own desire. It’s something to ponder, the disjointed waltz between time and perspective. Neither seem to lead nor follow, yet their promenade—hand-in-hand, seamless, unbroken—ensues nonetheless, for all to see and experience.

As a writer, I’m a dreamer—spending most of my time and effort in the world of fiction; reality left by the wayside. My taste for aesthetics, illusion—understanding the judgment of my jury, only subject to the evidence presented. As a producer, I’m a realist—recognizing the pursuit of perfection to be merely destined, and realization of excellence, the arrival.

They use to say, "be realistic." It's not the 'real' that excites. It the fantasy. The drama. The spectacle!
