About Adi

I am Aditya , Filmmaker @ Akkarai Productions () based out of San Francisco Bay Area , California.
While traveling to Asia on work in 2014, as usual I was on the plane , but on that one occasion a random story came to my mind. Always passing off such storylines to being a day-dreamer, this time however, I decided to write down my thoughts on my computer. What started as a skeleton initially, by the time I got off the plane, I had a 20 page script in his hand. And there started my foray into film-making. I’ve since written the story, dialogs, screenplay and directed 4 short films. A fifth mystery/thriller medium short film in english is in the works. I am looking for a producer to help complete this film !!
My focus interests in storylines/themes revolve around non-linear screenplays, intelligent thrillers and unearthing subtle emotions in characters or everyday lives. Hope you (will) see that in my films!

Film (short) by Akkarai Productions DIRECTOR "Water-Water" is a tamil short film about the serious and real drought situation in California and how the protagonists encounter something that changes their everyday life situations, all of which is narrated in a parody/satire fashion.

Film (short) by Akkarai Productions Director Synopsis : "Contradiction" is a story that takes you through everyday characters and how under certain situations , life warrants that decision-making can be contradictory in nature. Is everything black or white in life ? OR does life exist in a perennial grey area ?
