When the General finds out that Kardia and her father Horace have the super-duper DNA codes, she (the General) sets out to destroy them both and use their super-duper genes on her private army of yes-men. The general and her army of private soldiers have put a plan in place to profit off of an obesity society, but the Super Duper Fitness Troopers are here to change their plans. 

SYNOPSIS:

Kardia James, the leader of the Super Duper Fitness Troopers is the target of an explosion that happen at their headquarters. Now, the SDF Troopers are being held against their will... by the evil General, who is holding them hostage while they recover from their injuries. She wants the code to Kardia's super-duper DNA codes!
