A move to a new state, new house, new school leaves Emma's life in tatters.  At least for a 13 year old.  Then, on the winter solstice, her younger brother is kidnapped by Jack Frost in his attempt to take over Christmas from his cousin, the Winter Prince.  Now, with the help of the Winter Prince, Emma must rescue her brother before he is stuck in Winterland forever, and maybe save Christmas.
