Samir Ballou

I’m an ambitious storyteller and writer looking to work in the development of scripted programming. I recently graduated from Ryerson University’s Media Production program with a heavy emphasis on Film and TV development and am looking to advance my career in the field.

I'm a screenwriter and researcher. Having worked on the development of many Canadian shows on TV. My passion is writing and I have won competitions and awards during my time at school. I've recently worked as a writer and researcher for a kids web series.

I have experience writing for film and TV - Both in Drama and Comedy. My passion is to write films, mainly thrillers and dramas.

I have worked in Canada and across the globe on many projects that vary from screenwriting, journalism, research, and creative development for television programming.
