A father and son live together in the son's small apartment, and work together at the son's small pawn shop. The two of them have much different personalities, but one thing in common: a long string of failed relationships. 

In the pilot episode, Bill shows up at the door of his son Joe's apartment, looking for a place to live and a place to work. 


Aussie Ollie in Hawaii

An animated comedy series about a combative, energetic Australian man who lives in Hawaii and works at a pineapple soda factory. He’s married to a Filipino musician who claims that Bruno Mars stole her songs--and the couple has a modest home in Honolulu where they live with their ten year old son, as well as the wife’s freeloading, unemployed brother-in-law who has a Master’s degree in chemistry.  

Episode Logline: "After watching a TV show for two days straight, Ollie decides to switch careers."


Triplets

A foul-mouthed plumber and his zany wife live with their ten year old triplets: an ambitious but impractical boy named Xander, a bookish and brainy girl named Madeline, and their overenthusiastic, fun-loving sister Savannah. 

In the pilot episode, Xander tries to become a professional leg waxer, and applies the lessons he learned by studying Jackie Robinson and Steve Jobs.

30 year old Jenny is single and works for a daytime TV talk show. She lives in a modest home that has a very small guest house where her divorced, semi-retired, Fox News watching father lives.


Cal and Grady

An animated series about the bizarre adventures of two moronic pool cleaners. They only have one client--Matthew McConaughey--and they both live at the home of a racist 80 year old woman. 

In the pilot episode, Cal and Grady try to figure out how a dead person ended up in their backyard.


The Confederacy

GENRES: Comedy

A sitcom set in a version of America in which the Confederacy defeated the Union. The series is centered around President Leanne Johnson, as well as her niece who lives in a city near the nation's capital. 

Keep in mind that this show is just silly, ridiculous over-the-top fun. It's not quite a satire, but it has a satirical feel. 

In the pilot episode, a group of people protest the 39th Amendment, which prohibits soccer from being played in the country.
