She then puts the phone down and declines to make the call. Poppy's final collection doesn't go as planned as the armed gunmen enter the bar and start shooting. A bloodbath ensues, ending with two men left, Poppy and one of the thugs. Out of ammo, Poppy believes he is about to be killed and concedes, closing his eyes as the final shot is fired--by Sophia, who kills the gunman and saves Poppy. The torch has been passed.
