Midnight Syndicate's Edward Douglas is a professional composer and music producer of fifteen years whose clients include Universal Studios Orlando, Wizards of the Coast (Hasbro Properties), ABC-TV, and Anheuser Busch Entertainment. He has scored several feature films, receiving multiple Best Score awards for his work on 2010's "The Dead Matter." In addition to licensing his music to video games, television shows, advertisements, and corporate marketing initiatives, Edward is also the founder and co-composer for the dark orchestral instrumental group, Midnight Syndicate. With a loyal fanbase and fourteen studio albums to their credit, dark music pioneers, Midnight Syndicate, are the premiere producers of original horror-themed music for the Halloween retail, amusement park, haunted attraction, and roleplaying game industries worldwide.
In addition to directing and co-producing 2008's "The Dead Matter," Edward is the Creative Director for Midnight Syndicate Live!, a multimedia concert experience blending live Midnight Syndicate music, film, and theater. The first run of shows, entitled "Midnight Syndicate Live! Legacy of Shadows" will debut at Cedar Point's 2014 HalloWeekends event.
