Kylie Hateley

In my spare time, I am the current president of Prime Stock Theatre Company Society and the Festival Coordinator for Bard on Bower 2012.

On my paid time, I do event coordination, sales and manage the bookings department at Heritage Ranch in Red Deer, Alberta.

I have a background in technical theatre with a focus on stage management and event planning. After taking my technical theatre diploma at Red Deer College, I spent a year at Chemainus Theatre Company on Vancouver Island as a stage management intern before joining Peak Events, the preferred event management supplier for the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel.

After leaving Peak Events, I spent almost 7 years in Taupo, New Zealand where I organized a series of beginner theatre workshops for the local community theatre. Enter Stage Left! was a huge success and Centrestage Theatre had over 40 new volunteers get invloved in different aspects of their projects afterwards. Seeing the difference that can be made in a community out of a bunch of people sitting around the living room talking one night was extremely rewarding! I also had the chance to work with Auckland Theatre Company as an ASM while living in NZ.
